The developer of ths up-scale residential development wanted a club house where residents and guests could gather for parties, family reunions, neighborhood cook-outs and meetings. The structure is pre-cast concrete with a formed finish of stone. Open exposed wood rafters and arches create inviting yet dynamic indoor and outdoor spaces. The clubhouse is surrounded by two swimming pools and ponds.
