Carillion Health Systems Data Center - Tune Design provided architectural and engineering services for a Statement of Requirements and Conceptual Design for a four-story, 120,000 square foot office building with a 20,000 square foot data center, offices, conference facilities and training rooms. Located in a flood plain, the building is designed with ground floor parking as well as an elevated parking structure.  The entry floor is elevated above the flood plain.
