100 story mix use tower. The tower and sub-structure contained approximately six hundred thousand m2. The project consisted of underground parking, three level retail mall at the base. A mezzanine level at base of the tower. The tower consisted of offices, hotel, spa level, residential condos and a penthouse restaurant.
