Prominence and elegant design on the Caloosahatchee River, The Cypress Club creates a mixed use project for downtown Fort Myers that sparked an urban renaissance in the area.

It comprises of two thirty-two story sleek and modern towers, with 306 residences and 14 work / live spaces (along the base at street level).  The form of the towers are shaped by a subtle sweeping curve in response to the river's sweeping edge.  Both towers are crowned with dramatic curved metallic canopies suspended over magnificent penthouses.
