The island project of Antarctica.

One of the seven continents consisting of seventeen islands.  At one end there is one of four transportation hubsconnecting all 300 islands of The World.  The rest of the project consists of 808,000 m2 of residential plus 108,000 m2 of commercial. 

The project concept consists of two parts; one is the islands of "Venice" where most of the residential is located and the second part consists of the Italian island of "El Lido" renamed "Miami Beach" which is 1.5 kilometers long.  Along the length of this island are boutique hotels with commercial running along the "Grand Canal" facing the islands of "Venice"
