Team Design and managed construction documents throughout project

Designed as a prototype by myself and another team member.  This design is currently being built in multiple locations throughout the Milwaukee area.  The intent was to create a beacon/lighthouse with the double height space to attract the eye to the building.  The first location was along a busy retail corridor which made it difficult to attract that attention with a low lying building.
