Design and managed construction documents throughout project

This project was an existing building with a outdated exterior design.  I was able to minimize the complexity of the existing windows and overhangs and utilize the existing massing to create curb appeal and interest to the building.  All construction materials were removed from the exterior down to the structural stud framing, and reapplied to properly insulate and vapor proof the building.  A new Nichiha fiber cement paneling system was installed as a finish.  The interior was also fully redesigned and adjusted.
