Designed and managed construction documents throughout project

This project originally began as a budget conscious project, however, the design seen in the images was an add alternate that they loved so much that they chose to go with the more expensive design.  The design has subtle design "rules" due to budget but was thoughtfully constructed to accentuate those rules.
