Construction Administration Roof Monitor- Roof Replacements of Transitional Living Unit Cottages, Trenton Psychiatric Hospital in Trenton, NJ for the New Jersey Division of Property Management and Construction (NJDPMC). Scope of work Includes providing inspections and design services for roof replacement for a dozen 1,875 square-foot transitional living unit cottages and two garages at the 450-bed  Trenton Psychiatric Hospital.  The architectural elements related to the exterior aesthetics of the cottages will be taken into consideration in order to design a new roofing system that enhances the original character of the buildings.  Construction Cost: $325,000 (11/2015 - 3/2017)
