After years of neglect the coop board decided to make needed repairs to the leaking roof, elevator machine rooms equipment upgrades, upgrade elevators cabins upgrades, crawl space structure repairs, parking garage of 4 1/2 level below main entry leaks, main entry walkway, canopy structure repair, new energy efficient lighting system and security cameras as required.
