He has managed design development through construction documents for high-end, mixed-use high-rise buildings, including LEED projects, and trained staff in CAD, 3D and BIM modeling, 3D/BIM Coordinator, AutoCAD Architecture/MEP 2D/3D, Revit Architecture/MEP, Navisworks Manage, Photoshop CS, and SketchUp.

Visual Quality Manager – MTA NYC Transit Enhanced Station Initiative, 3 stations on BMT line 2/2017-4/2017

Construction Administration Roof Monitor – Roof Replacements of Transitional Living Unit Cottages, Trenton Psychiatric Hospital for NJDPMC. Scope included inspection and design services for roof replacement for a dozen 1,875 sq. ft. transitional living units and two garages at the 450 bed Trenton Psychiatric Hospital. Construction Cost: $325,000 (11/2015 – 2/ 2017)

Project Manager – A/E On-Call Services Contract, NY for NYC School Construction Authority, NY. Responsible for Capital Improvement Program (CIP). The CIP consists of building repairs, system replacements, and reconfiguration of existing school buildings. Provided over 125 tasks from $100K to $4M of construction. Total Construction Cost: over $90 Million (2/2013 – 4/2017)

Architect – A/E On-Call Services Contract, NY for NYC Department of Education, Division of School Facilities, NY. Responsible for CIP-related work. Architectural and engineering services have been provided for over 270 tasks with a total construction cost of over $25 million to date. (2/2013 – 4/2017)

Project Manager – Architectural and Engineering Services, Renovations at River Terrace Apartments. Scope included roof replacement, complete entrance courtyard repairs/replacement; concrete repairs at all garage levels, upgrading the building’s energy management system, driveway and water main replacement and modernization of the building’s four elevators. Construction Cost: $7.5 Million (9/2013 – 1/2015)

3D/BIM Manager – 1st Precinct Station, Baldwin, NY for Nassau County Department of Public Works. Responsible for reviewing and adjusting the architectural 3D Revit Model, coordinated the creation of the 3D/BIM of Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Life Safety. In addition, created the Navisworks 3D/BIM file and organized it to run the clash detections for structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and life safety. Identified the major hits and created views to facilitate review of clashes presentation to owner. (11/2013 – 1/2014)
