Sartorius Stedim Filters FMT and Campus Expansion

The new Fluid Management Technologies (FMT) manufacturing facility is an expansion of the Sartorius Stedim Filters 48,000 sf distribution center and 55,000 sf ECO Fluid Technologies (FT) Clean Room manufacturing facilities. The new FMT facility will manufacture customized fluid management system solutions for the pharmaceutical-biotechnical industry. The facility includes two 30,000 sf ISO Class 7 cleanroom manufacturing areas, a 50,000 sf Warehouse, offices, laboratories, corporate conference and training area, and employee lunch facilities.

The project is part of a 40 acre campus expansion that includes campus infrastructure, a 540 car employee parking area that uses open grid paving, and an 80,000 sf FT Membrane Casting manufacturing facility. The Membrane Casting building and systems are designed to meet all LEED standards, however, its manufacturing process loads preclude it from complying with ASHRAE 90.1 minimum energy performance standards.

Area: Overall Site Addition: 40 Acres
FMT Facility - 230,000 square feet
FT Membrane Casting – 80,000 square feet
