Program: Tipton Township is a multi-phase project that combines a town square with small retail and restaurant as well as gathering spaces with single family homes, apartments and assisted living facilities.
The overall theme is to bring aging families together in a small-town village atmosphere that could take an aging population from total independence to total care with all phases in between while keeping the community intact.
