The goal was to create a high quality residential accommodation that would be meaningful, enjoyable and agreeable to its location qualities. Located in Zrenjanin, the new residential neighborhood is integrated in the existing tissue of a city part characterized by residential complexes embedded in green areas.

The residential complex is divided into two separate buildings.  The space between buildings is designed as a small park connecting the volumes, serving as a focus of the complex and creating a dynamic interplay within. The buildings have simple cube form. The buildings provide 90 apartments, which are not all of the same size, 2 offices and 95 parking spaces.
