Located almost at the top of the hill the site is surrounded by existing private residences with a diversity of  architectural  styles and colors. Keeping the natural qualitiies, shaping the house on the principle "less is more" and focusing on the landscape was the main goal for the design.

Residence and office extension utilize the foundations and walls of an existing old house. Storage space on the ground floor is transformed into a restaurant, and newly added first and second floors house offices and apartments with a view of a mountain range.

It is a mixed-use building, with a residential part of 615.44 sqm, office space of 474.66 sqm and restaurant space of 417.38 sqm.
