The purpose of this project is to design an energy efficient mixed use high rise located on the corner of Columbus Dr. and North Water St.  The 90-story building consists of 650,000 sf of residential space along with a 200-room hotel and parking for 500 cars.  Students are required to research the latest sustainable strategies and incorporate them into all aspects of design from mechanical equipment to facade treatment.
