4x density is an urban redevelopment project that takes the square footage of a typical Chicago neighborhood and quadruples the density, while simultaneously adding communal green space.  Students are not to exceed the typical Chicago neighborhood height limits and include a variety of apartment types.  In addition, there is to parking requirement of at least one car per unit.
