This renovation consists of a 2,700sf Office space in the cellar of a high rise Condominium Building.  Dealing with a very tight construction budget, we were able to execute a very clean and flexible layout.  Elegance is portrayed thru the simplicity of the design and well-articulated lighting design scheme.  After reviewing the clients core needs we were able to divide the space into 3 offices with a common lounge, storage rooms and corridor, which gives the clients the option to rent out the other office spaces to generate revenue.
