This project consist of an Enlargement and Condominium Conversion of an entire 4 story + cellar 4,320sf residential building.  The interior demolition and renovation entails the change in occupancy from 4 units to 6 units, a new fire escape at façade, new outdoor deck at rear of second floor apartment, new porch at 1st floor going into rear yard, and recreational roof and cellar spaces.  This is a project in which we collaborated with our client group, providing them with superb spatial layouts and consulted with them for the design and material specifications, creating these beautiful harmonious and elegant looking spaces.
