The design of the scope of concept options or initiatives have been identified in the course of the design development and resident consultation on the estate to date. They include the various steps that can be taken to improve conditions on the estate following resident feedback and urban design analysis of the estate. They are then followed by various development propositions that will create value and potential funding of the improvements to the estate.
