A fresh approach to South Acton, London urban regeneration and the design of a masterplan, buildings and spaces. This approach has been focused on the development of ideas for this site to deliver the  exemplary design that a project of this size and importance demands. The design is rooted in the fundamental requirements of being durable, sustainable and fit for purpose, taking into account residents needs and lifestyle aspirations. The design philosophy can be characterised by the phrases bringing back the street and creating a dynamic neighborhood, in direct response to the issues and problems seen as a result of the current building layout on the estate.
