One part science, one part creative problem-solving, this studio focused on exploring the efficiency of a component-based, parametrically-derived design evolved from research on nature’s forms of remediation and cleansing. We derived our filtration component by studying the cleansing mechanism and structure of the human nose. This component was then morphed to respond to a set of environmental factors.
