New Orleans has been struck by a Category 4 hurricane. It’s geographically challanged site faces another disaster. Although people have been safely evacuated, the hope of the citizens is in jeopardy. Meanwhile, FEMA quickly responds to situation by sending EVO : a new compacted expandable self-suficient temporary shelter. It will arrive by sea and proceed to Lake Pontchartrain, a 4,700 sq mi whatershed where the habitants could reside during the city reconstruction. EVO transforms by displacing and shifting components to create a comfortable living space.
