Privatized Student Housing project for Fayetteville State University built in two phases and melding suite style multi-tenant apartment based units with a planned community environment to enhance and support the student lifestyle. Capacity of facility is 300 students arranged in 3 and 4 person suites. Amenities included separate onsite laundry facility, clubhouse/office facility and exterior central courtyard for group gatherings/events.
