Sand Sculpture Competition. I was fortunate to have the opportunity to lead a very collaborative design and construction effort with a very talented and dedicated office team that resulted in the competition winning effort illustrated. Our first sand sculpture competition and a very intensive 24 hour straight construction period where each and every team member combined into a supportive and dedicated group with each member significantly contributing to the success of the team and included members from every aspect of the firm operation.

A great team building exercise and highly recommended to build a more cohesive office environment.
