New staff/student campus parking deck facility to help address and support on campus parking shortage for a commuter based community college campus. The parking deck is designed as a poured-in-place concrete superstructure faced with precast concrete panel skin to address aesthetic project requirements as the deck location is part of and adjacent to a new campus main entry drive.

The poured-n-place concrete superstructure allows for a long life-span facility with minimal ongoing maintenance. The aesthetic skin approach allowed the superstructure to be completed and the deck to become operational on a short development schedule and then allowed for facing the deck on a more economical completion schedule after the deck became operational.
