Facility is designed with eye to efficient construction techniques that supports timely construction and development schedules. The modular unit approach of the facility design supports a very efficient construction document generation process through the use of standardized document detailing and specifications structured around the typical modular units that are then combined to generate variable document components like plans, elevations, etc. This construction document approach spanned all typical A/E disciplines with the exception of Civil design which is obviously site specific.

The presentation models depict the prototypical optimum facility arrangement and the basis for the standardized construction document set.
