In the old industrial port of Genoa, transformed into the city’s open air exhibition center ‘expo’ a vertical museum system highlights the old industrial architecture.
As a temporary elevator combined with a system of mobile, modulary scaffoldings the museum is hooked to the historic elevating systems (crane).
The elevator provides an unusual ride with two purposes: - exhibition on the industrial architecture which it is part of; - cultural connection between the port and the city.
