The baking school is at the same time an industrial production building and an art center, dedicated to the «art of cooking». The project aims to feature an «open minded» school with a clear and rational organization.

Strict and demanding the program combines different functions and needs but guarantees a clear separation between the sterilized circulation and the common areas organized around a single central space. A functional axis distributes the labs and main areas on the ground floor. The main purpose is to create open spaces with a view on the landscape and to preserve the working space concentration at the same time.
