I am a current senior at the BA in Architecture program at Washington University in St. Louis and I am looking for employment post-graduation in May. While studying in Copenhagen last semester, I became extremely interested in interior architecture and exhibit design and would love to continue to learn more about these fields as well as gain work experience. My former jobs are a little off beat, but have all definitely been awesome and great learning experiences. Between working at the Smithsonian and St. Louis Zoo last summer and spending the summer of 2010 volunteering on an eco-village in Iceland, I have learned not only how to adapt to new work environments and locations with multiple employers, but I have also gained design knowledge which I know I would have never learned in the classroom.
