Architectural Project Manager at CNA Spitaletti, a company with more than 45 years in
real estate market, delivering middle-class to high end projects for residential, comercial and retail
developments.
Management of master planning for around 15 new developments, most of them residential and
mixed use (hotel, offices, apartments and retail), with areas varying between 300,000sqf to 900,000sqf
each. Responsibilities included participating on meetings for site choosing, feasibility program studies to
support financial decisions, volumetric studies, layout developments of all units and common area, etc.
Responsibilities also included preparation of all architectural drawing sets, MEP consultant
coordination, Project management for integrating all other contractors, timeline schedule for regular
reports to the stakeholders, project reviews for approval in regulatory bodies of the city and state.

NOVA TTS / Qualyfast, NEW YORK, Architectural Project Manager

Architectural Project Manager for new developments at Nova TTS / Qualyfast, a company
responsible for management and construction of mid size affordable housing buildings sponsored by
government allowances. The main responsibiliy of this role was to manage and conciliate through
architectural design both the stakeholder (financial or government institution prodiving the funds) and local
communities as entities of final clientes to receive the products.
Managing design solutions that would meet both criterias and provide a sustainable solution
while following local regulations and financial premises, such as maximizing square feet usage,
minimizing earthmoving, prodiving smart and sustainable facade solutions, etc.
Responsibilities also included approval in local regulatory bodies and MEP coordination
along the entire process from architectural design set to supporting documents for funds release from the
stakeholders.

Senior Architectural Designer at architecture office providing services to big construction
corporations in the city, targetting residential, commercial, retail and land division for mid size condos.
Responsibilities included translating the briefing from the clients into a master plan and further
architectural proposal for feasibility study, including volumetric studies, unit layouts, leisure area and
parking lot. Other responsibilities for developments that were approved by the cliente includede all MEP
and approval coordination for construction licenses.

30 years, within the department responsible for development of shopping malls.
Responsibilities included management of all construction detail drawings and MEP coordination
for 4 developments in diferente cities of Brazil, around 330,000sqf each. Management of meetings with all
contractors involved of all disciplines for construction definitions and design alignment, such as materials,
infrastructure, installations, HVAC, etc. Responsible also for the timeline management and regular quality
control reports to the senior management.
