Erik Larson

Portland, OR, US

Hello, and thank you for visiting my profile. My name is Erik Larson and this past June I graduated from the University of Oregon with my Bachelor of Architecture degree. While studying architecture, I also received minors in both Philosophy and Business Administration, in order to learn how to better design in accordance with cultural structures and economic systems.

Last summer I worked as an Intern Architect (Architectural Assistant, Part II) in London, where I gained work experience and a broader perspective of design in the world. Throughout last year I also served as co-Editor-in-Chief for the UO's architecture journal, leading a staff of students to publication at a breakneck pace of deadlines. I have experience as a graphic designer as well as serving as a freelancer for a healthcare developer here in Portland.

I am experienced in Revit, Rhino, Sketchup, AutoCAD, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite. I enjoy creating renderings, look forward to learning more about detailing and CD preparation, and am happy to build presentation-quality models. I am excited to grow as a designer and want to help your office create thoughtful, meaningful architecture. Please view the work on my website to get a sense of my skill set and contact me with any questions or employment opportunities you may have.

Thank you for your interest. I'm looking forward to working with you.
