The Collection is located on the former site of CompUSA, also known as “Block E” of the Kamehameha Schools’ “Our Kaka’ako” 15-year master plan. High-rise, mid-rise, townhouse, and commercial components are thoughtfully configured to provide a walkable, pedestrian-friendly district within the existing Kaka’ako neighborhood. A slender, contemporary tower forms the centerpiece of the complex, with mid-rise and townhouse components surrounding the central parking structure at its northwest side. This arrangement helps to conceal the parking structure and provide street-facing facades.
