This small corner apartment building in San Francisco’s Glen Park neighborhood was built with garages on both street frontages. The steep hillside site meant that there was additional unused space above the downhill garage. OpenScope designed two accessory dwelling units, a one bedroom unit in the upper garage and a two level, two story unit with views in the lower.
