This proposed two-acre development in Bozeman, Montana, will bring new life to a disused formerly industrial site in the quirky mixed-use Northeast Neighborhood. The project proposes approximately 90 new housing units in a variety of formats, including rental co-living, traditional rental apartments and for-sale flats and 30,000 square feet of commercial office space. it also includes number of ground floor “maker” spaces for small businesses. At the core of the project is a large public plaza that will host community events.
