OpenScope has been working on a large portfolio of multifamily work for The Mosser Companies, one of San Francisco’s largest residential property owners. Many of these projects involved the addition of one to six accessory dwelling units (ADUs) to existing structures, many of which are in large historic buildings that date to the early part of the 20th century.
