New Classroom / Administration building (K-5) adjacent to the existing 13 K-5 classrooms school for 351-students. The 10,000 SF, Type V-B, 2-story building with basement includes an administration area, 5 new classrooms for 125-students and modifications to existing building in order to allow for a second level connection to the new building. The project also comprises of a playground area, site improvements, new transformer, trash enclosure and a surface parking lot.
