Designed to be situated on a beach front, the Sand House is comprised of two parts. The main body containing all living spaces (kitchen, living room, bedrooms and secondary living area). A second flanking structure running perpendicular extends the house footprint, while sheltering parking and a swimming pool to the rear of the house.
