The projected building intends to provide extra dimension for the customers with a novel solution of offering services typically related to motoring such as a restaurant, bar, fitness and entertainment center. As a counterpoint to the building’s multicolor feature, the exterior is puritan and not showy, directing the major focus on the interior.
The building is located in an area of a major road leading out of Budapest, where primarily commercial facilities have been sprawling. Due to the function, the typically large frontal glass surfaces are divided by two white gate motives, passing through the whole building. The enormous glass windows show the interior where the colorful cars and motors on display provide a vibrant view. The building incorporates energy-efficient design elements using geothermal and solar energy.
