The ASLA's yearly Landscape Architecture Honors bring recognition to the well-deserved landscape architects who ceaselessly work hard to help create a better built environment. This year, the ASLA honored seven individuals and two organizations for their outstanding contributions and commitment to the landscape architecture profession — from preserving past and present works, to ensuring a more resilient future.

The ASLA also recently inducted six honorary members for 2019. Established in 1899 and regarded as one of the ASLA's highest distinctions to non-architects, honorary membership is bestowed to individuals in recognition of notable service to the profession. This year's honorary members are:
