Two walks on Saturday form part of New London Architecture's London's Towns series. The morning tour looks at Brixton's major regeneration in terms of cultural and public realm upgrades, and the afternoon takes to Walthamstow to discover its new pedestrian initiatives and recent developments. The two locations lie on the extreme ends of the Victoria Line. 

HOPE IN THE HOUSING CRISIS: The CR Ashbee Lecture 2017

The biggest problem London faces is that of housing, and this event will cover three elements of the issue. Three speakers will talk about communities, affordability, shared spaces, and self-build. 

Moral Economy: The Social Value of Architecture

Housing situations are often attributed to be the core of social inequality. This talk delves into the ways in which  architects, designers, developers, and councils can work together to address this issue.
