This SCI-Arc symposium examines how fiction has greatly influenced our perception of our world. Playing with Fire: Paintings by Carlos Almaraz | Open now until December 3

If you haven't seen it yet, LACMA is hosting the first major retrospective of Carlos Almaraz, one of L.A.'s most influential artists of the 1970s and 1980s. The exhibition features over 60 of Almaraz's works, including pastels, ephemera, and notebooks, mainly from 1967-1989.
