Graham Ferrier & Chris Warren, Woodbury School of Architecture lecture | October 17
Hear a lecture from Graham Ferrier (principal of Ferrier Architecture Studio) and Chris Warren (founding principal of Warren Office for Research and Design) at Woodbury School of Architecture's Burbank campus.
Facades+ Los Angeles | October 19-20
The two-day event invites top professionals from the design, fabrication, and construction industries “to consider how high performance envelopes contribute to and are shaped by LA’s unique architectural landscape.”
Ruy Klein: Apophenia | Opening on October 20
Curated by David Ruy and Karel Klein of Ruy Klein, this SCI-Arc gallery installation “simultaneously incorporates GIS and CG technologies to design a composite world. A seamless collage of documentary evidence, the world depicted in this exhibition de-familiarizes survey data recorded by the USGS and assembles a visual fiction.”
