This is an appropriate palce for me to again plug the awesome Attingham Trust Summer Program, which I feel is not nearly well enough known. it's a three-week summer school studying and visiting many English country houses, attended by scholars and designers and museum people, and is a lot of fun and wonderfully educational. If you like houses like Seaton Delaval Hall, the Attingham School would be the perfect program. And they have scholarships!
