Neutra's Sten-Frenke house (photo by Michael McNamara) in Santa Monica sold in early September for $4.7 million. The three-bedroom, 3 1/2-bathroom home, a Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument, came on the market in January at $5,999,000.
