The town of Kirkenes in Norway has recently announced the construction of the world's tallest wooden building. Conceived by Reiulf Ramstad Architects, the Norwegian Barents Secretariat will stand 16-17 carbon neutral stories tall and will be constructed from natural materials with innovative environmental solution in all parts of the building.
