Following a crucial meeting of the organisation’s London Advisory Committee last Friday, EH refused to comment on what members including Graham Morrison, Alan Baxter and Joyce Bridges had agreed.
But in a massive blow to architects OMA and West 8, developer Chelsfield Partners and intended occupier the Design Museum, a source close to the meeting confirmed it would be advising EH not to recommend the scheme for planning.
