An argumentative design.
Argumental. Argumentational. Argumenty. Argumentish. Argument-causing. Argument-worthy.
Somethin's not quite right, there.
Anyway: wouldn't it be amazing if American presidents all wanted to do a built project that was a hallmark of their time in office? Do we currently associate any specific building with any specific president?
Eisenhower did the interstate highway system - not exactly a bellwether of good design, unfortunately. If anything, it caused Americans to stray away from local context and contributed to a loss of vernacular identity.
Hmmm.
