Google has just announced it's newest software offering - Google Desktop. This new software can be used offline to search for information on your hard drive, in a similar fashion as it's hugely successful online search engine. Unfortunately the software isn't available for Mac.

Google Desktop is awesome, I've been using it over the last few days: the web w/o going on the web. I need some cash FAST to invest in this innovative company.
