I cross the Memorial Bridge in Portsmouth, New Hampshire almost every time I'm home.. it's a beautiful, old structure that slows traffic as it enters the narrow streets of the old city center. It's also featured prominently on the ubiquitous "Buy Local" stickers. It would be a shame to lose it.
i lived in oak park, il when i first came from Brasil. It baffles me how a wealthy city, proud of its "wright" heritage, in a metro area so known for its architecture, can turn its back to such a precious building.
